2024 has been another huge year for Virtuoso Partners, it has been filled with growth, new partnerships and relationship growth. With everything we achieved new customer acquisition through to accolades and awards it seemed only right that we looked back on the past 12 months...
Events
2024 has been the year of collaboration and engagement with our key partners. We have had the privilege of participating in a multitude of high-level events where we could showcase our commitment to being a leading influencer in our industry.
One of our standout moments was our participation in Workato’s Automate Partner Day, where we were invited to speak to our new customers Sheffield Hallam University on the business value of integration in higher education. During the event, we shared insights on how our collaboration promises to improve automation and streamlining processes at Sheffield Hallam, helping them achieve greater efficiency and business versatility.
Additionally, we were proud to sponsor the Workato Automate event, a key meeting for leaders in Automation and Technology. This event provided a fantastic platform to connect with industry leaders, exchange ideas and highlight the solutions we’re delivering alongside Workato.
In line with our commitment to deepening relationships and sharing our expertise, we also participated in Partner Roadshows throughout the year. Sharing insights on how we can help optimise their automation and create smarter solutions. We are grateful to be able to collaborate with a forward-thinking community.
We attended Workato’s PKO in Spain where we were honoured with the Breakout Partner of the Year Award from Workato. The Breakout Partner of the Year award is based on overall revenue, year-on-year growth, strategic wins and their success with integration and automation. Showing they have the technical skills and automation experts to deliver Intelligent Automation solutions using their innovative and unique approach.
We were also thrilled to be named a Platinum Partner by Workato, showing that VP continue to be innovative in delivering Intelligent Automation solutions to our reseller’s customers.
We had the privilege of speaking at Lloyds of London in the prestigious Old Library to discuss the impact of regulations and AI on document and information management in insurance with our partners d.velop We touched on measures to improve resilience in readiness for compliance to the upcoming DORA regulations and readiness to apply AI with RAG models to document repositories.
We were delighted to attend Tungsten Automation Conference at Raffles where we were joined by our customers Cerie Paton from Smeg UK and Nicola Walker from Social Security Scotland where they were able to advocate the benefits of the work, we had done with them realising the power of the Tungsten Automation TotalAgility platform.
Another proud achievement came when Tungsten Automation awarded us the Intelligent Automation Partner of the Year 2024. Highlighting the innovative approach VP have to delivering Intelligent Automation solutions.
Thrilled to attend M-Files IMPACT Global Conference 2024 in Madrid, where we got to see the next evolution of M-Files Aino, the company's generative AI assistant and M-Files Premium Cloud.
VP attended the d.velop summit in Düsseldorf, learning more about their ecosystem and discussing insights, best practices, technologies and trends.

We’re excited to announce our new partnerships for 2025, which will help us expand our reach and enhance our offerings:

Bytes: A major VAR player, Softcat’s biggest competitor, serving more than 6,000 corporate and public sector customers
Computacenter: A leader in the industry, with an annual spend of £5m or more, catering to large enterprises.
CDW: The 4th largest VAR, offering hybrid solutions to 4,000 customers.
Bechtle: A boutique reseller, specialising in document management.
Other Changes:
Office relocation: As we have continued with our growth and expansion strategy, we relocated to a new office space in Richmond Upon Thames. This move marked another important milestone in our journey and offers us more room to collaborate, innovate and serve our customers even more effectively.
Team growth: 2024 has seen growth internally at VP, with five new team members joining across all departments, we’ve been able to bring in fresh expertise, expand our services, and drive even more innovation than before.

2025 is looking like a big year for Virtuoso Partners and some other exciting announcements are still to come. In the meantime, we plan to be:
Enhancing Our Expertise: We’ll continue building on our strong foundation in Integration Development Consulting, ensuring we add even more value for our clients.
Advancing AI and Agentics: Our efforts to expand our AI Integration and Agentics practice will deliver faster, more impactful outcomes for customers.
Developing New Partnerships: We are launching significant new VAR partnerships, bringing our solutions to a wider audience through leading resellers.
