Solution Analyst
Virtuoso Partners are looking for an aspiring, entry level Solution Analyst based in or around London to support our Delivery Team in building solutions for our clients, majoring towards our Enterprise Automation and Content Management solutions in M-Files and d.velop.  
 

The role and responsibilities: 

• Assist with building solutions.

• Implement agreed and designed solutions from end-to-end.

• Work with vendors to resolve issues and bugs.

• Interacting with our support team. 

The role requirements:

• 3+ years of technical experience in either a service desk or solution role, with strong technical qualifications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in written, verbal and presentation contexts, engaging well with clients and partners.

• Client-focused with a commitment to providing great service and developing within a growing business.

•  Flexible and detail-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and self-sufficiency.

Desired Skills:

• Agile Project Delivery and working with tools such as Jira and Microsoft Devops.

• Hands-on experience with M-files and d.velop products.

• Coding Skills, such as C#.
